Sussex Hawaiian Healing Course

I was laid up in bed most of last week and  my friend Jacqui came over to rescue me from going totally stir crazy. She is a wonderfully positive woman and has the belief, trust and conviction that we can manifest the realities of our lives, move a wish to reality, create space for abundance, happiness and gentle positivity.
Her wish to create something new resulted in a little bit of networking, a brainstorming skype session with a knowledgable teacher in Hawaii and resulted in the manifestation of her wishes and a wonderful set of events for us!
I feel so lucky to live 2 miles from her place and cannot believe that I will be able to cycle to a Hawaiian workshop!!!

This is taken from her facebook page:

Hawaiian KahiLoa & Ho'oponopono Retreat
This promises to be a total immersion into the spirit of ALOHA for three fabulous days in the heart of the beautiful East Sussex countryside.
During the first two days we will learn KahiLoa Massage - pure magic touch! Being at one with the elements, and learning a transformative, fully clothed, shamanic massage that is unlike any other you will have experienced. On the third day we will learn Ho'oponopono - the Hawaiian ritual of forgiveness - this is now very popular in the UK but we are so fortunate to be taught this by Kumu Kealohi (visiting us from Hawaii for the month of June), who has worked alongside and received the knowledge from several Hawaiian Kahunas - masters in their field of the Hawaiian healing arts.

Kumu Kealohi is an awesome teacher who will also be in Glastonbury during the early part of June sharing his Aloha Mana training - see his website www.shamanicbodywork.com - or call Jacqui on the phone number below for bookings and for further details.

with warm Aloha blessings ♥

Welcome

Welcome to my Hawaiian Nurture blog.

My name is Anja. I am in my 40s. Have been married for nearly 20 years. Have two fabulous, nearly grown sons. My life has been full of different experiences but each one has built on the previous one creating a fuller, more complicated and lusher me.
I started studying movement art when my son's were still quite small and the physical exertion, artistic striving, yearning for perfection, revelling in beauty, gentle exploration of emotion and interhuman relationships became a fantastic and unexpected foundation for MIDWIFERY.
I love my work with women, accompanying journeys and developments, facilitating growth and change in relationships, opening up possibilities for new ideas, approaches to each individual family's unfolding.
Midwifery, especially during birth, is very intuitive, gentle, quiet, observant, empathic and this has been such an amazing foundation for my work as a HAWAIIAN MASSAGE THERAPIST.
Lomi Lomi is beautiful, breath taking, luscious, oceanic, transformative and unlike any other massage I have ever had.
It is such a joy to receive and such an immense pleasure to give.
My journey in the Hawaiian healing work is still in its infancy. I am learning every day.
This blog is my way of sharing a bit of this journey with you. Thank you for reading this far. I look forward to meeting you along the way.
